
Administrative HR Support Specialist

This role focuses on administrative support for the Human Resources department, ensuring seamless execution of various tasks and responsibilities. Key duties include managing HR documentation, maintaining data integrity in HRIS platforms, and coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
">Special emphasis is placed on anticipating deadlines and ensuring timely completion of compliance filings. Additionally, this role plays a critical part in enhancing employee engagement initiatives that drive overall satisfaction with our organization's members and providers.Operational requirements dictate flexibility to transition to an office-based setup when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, Assistant, or Administrator supporting US based companies.
- Hands-on experience with FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, leave administration and unemployment-related processes.
- Solid understanding of US federal and state labor laws and general HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BambooHR, and ATS/HRIS platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail when handling confidential information.
- Strong time management skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Primarily onsite, but may require remote work due to operational needs. Availability to report onsite at any time based on performance evaluations and business requirements.

- Quiet dedicated workspace required.
