At J-K Network Services, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Support Specialist- Processor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for processing all garnishments and support orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Process all garnishments and support orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to unemployment requests from various state agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely submissions.
- Maintain accurate records related to garnishments and unemployment claims within our HRIS system.
- Collaborate with HR team members to resolve issues related to garnishments and unemployment inquiries.
- Monitor and track all requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding garnishment and unemployment claims.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data related to garnishments and unemployment claims as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resource, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience.
- Knowledge of garnishment and unemployment regulations across multiple states.
- Experience in HRIS is an advantage.
- Amenable to work in a BPO company.
- Can work on site is a big advantage.
