About The Role- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
- Document quality activities and provide feedback

Duties And Responsibilities- Review conversations to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain audit and coaching logs
- Document observations and red flags
- Contribute to call calibration sessions
- Participate in team meetings to discuss agent evaluation feedback
- Provide training and coaching to team members
- Analyze performance and communicate trends to management
- Experience in quality assurance, customer service, or sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
