Email Marketing Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and performance of lifecycle marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Task assignments across multiple teams must be managed to ensure timely delivery and proper prioritization
- Campaign assets, HTML templates, and audience definitions require quality assurance reviews by this role
- Maintain and reinforce quality assurance playbooks, compliance runbooks, and documentation standards to ensure excellence
- Weekly reporting on quality metrics, backlog activity, and work queue health is led by this individual
- Supporting audits and partnering with product, privacy, and engineering teams ensures that marketing governance policies are met
Requirements include 3+ years in CRM operations, email quality assurance, or campaign compliance roles, as well as proficiency with CRM/marketing technology tools and experience maintaining quality assurance documentation, compliance protocols, and campaign opt-out/pixel/tag governance.
Qualifications:- Proficiency in CRM/marketing technology tools
- Experience in quality assurance documentation and compliance protocols
- Excellent communication and project management skills
