Job Description:

As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on best practices for email marketing and deliverability.

You will assist in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform, provide guidance on sender reputation management, authentication protocols, and IP management, troubleshoot technical issues, and educate customers on email compliance standards.

You will also collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback, create and manage visual email automation workflows within the chosen email platform, as well as in Google Slides, Vibe, or any other collaborative tool, and conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
