Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Financial Leader to join our team.

This is a key role that requires the ability to manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for driving financial excellence. They will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes
  • Coordinate and oversee external audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and professional development. They will also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification required
  • At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software SAP, Oracle and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
