Job Opportunity:

  • Create engaging visual content that inspires and informs audiences.
  • Develop content for multiple platforms including social media, websites, email marketing, product descriptions, video, and blog posts.
  • Assemble recorded raw material into a suitable finished product ready for posting. This may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
  • Collaborate with the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials according to an editorial calendar.
  • Apply search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize online visibility.
  • Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms using advertising tools, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of excellent content creation demonstrated through a professional portfolio.
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, or in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry is an advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Graphic Designing skills: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, and other essential design tools.
  • Video Editing skills: Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, etc.
  • Knowledge of layout, design, and typography, digital and print requirements for formatting, and paid advertising on various social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRM systems.
  • Expertise in handling different social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to use online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
  • Handle phone, email, and instant messaging communication platforms effectively.
  • Adaptable to new responsibilities and a team player.

Equipment Requirements:

  • Laptop/Desktop with at least i3/Core i5 processor or any equivalent AMD processor and 8 GB RAM.
  • Headset: Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature.
  • Internet connection: Wired connection; minimum of 10 Mbps.
  • Software:
    • Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype, Zoom.
    • Graphic Designing applications: Adobe Photoshop, Canva.
    • Video Editing applications: Adobe Premiere Pro/Filmora/Capcut, etc.
