At TTEC, we're looking for a creative and skilled professional to join our marketing team as a Specialist in Marketing and Communications.

Job Description:

We offer an award-winning employment experience that brings humanity to business. As part of our team, you'll contribute to the development and implementation of content marketing strategies for paid advertising and lead generation across social media platforms.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with our Global Talent Acquisition Marketing Team to deliver engaging content that meets global hiring needs, analyzing marketing strategies, and creating content for regional target markets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies
  • Analyze market research and create content for global/regional target markets
  • Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Marketing Team

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing within each platform (e.g. Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Knowledgeable in search engine optimization, content creation using Canva and CapCut, proofreading, and overall social media best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or certificate from a creative design program
