The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights to support business growth.

  • Process and reconcile finance-related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Utilize complex cost center and intercompany allocation methodologies to ensure efficient financial management.
  • Provide data analytics, including payment volume reports, duplicate and prohibited vendors, to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with journal entries, reclass, and reprocess to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accurate and timely turnaround on all payables for various entities.
  2. Vendor management - verify banking information for ACH and wire settlements.
  3. Self-assess use/sales tax on applicable purchases.
  4. Implement GAAP standards and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit requirements.
  5. Access vendor billing portals to generate electronic invoices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel).
