About You
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced finance professional who possesses strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. As a seasoned finance manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, implementing effective processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management:
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
  1. Finance Process Standardization and Restructuring:
  • Evaluate existing finance processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements for standardization and optimization.
  • Streamline procurement and inventory management processes to enhance cost control and inventory accuracy.
  • Implement best practices in financial management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and mentor finance team members on standardized processes and procedures.
  1. Manufacturing Process Tracking and Planning:
  • Oversee the manufacturing process tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely recording of production activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing goals.
  • Monitor manufacturing costs, analyze variances, and provide insights to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Support the development of production plans, capacity utilization, and resource allocation strategies.
  1. Microsoft Dynamics Accounting System:
  • Assist in evaluating, installing, and implementing the Microsoft Dynamics accounting system to maximize its potential and enhance financial operations.
  • Oversee the system's implementation, ongoing maintenance, and necessary upgrades.
  • Train finance team members on the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics and provide troubleshooting support for any system issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are preferred.
  • Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in finance management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes, including procurement, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics accounting system and its modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
