Junior Solar Dispatch Coordinator

The primary focus of this role is to communicate effectively with clients regarding appointment details and ensure seamless coordination between parties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Verifying essential information with clients through phone calls, covering contact details, site readiness, and specific requirements for upcoming appointments.
- Providing timely reminders to clients prior to scheduled appointments to confirm timing and address any last-minute questions or concerns.
- Handling scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes, ensuring all parties are informed and adjustments are made efficiently.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work 9-10 hours per day, 6 days a week.
- Previous experience in appointment setting is highly valued.
