Project managers play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing project budgets, communicating progress to stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion while meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project documentation to identify potential issues affecting timely completion and budget. Provide recommendations to clients and partners to revise project requirements as needed.
  • Manage internal project kick-off meetings with stakeholders to review materials, finalize project requirements, and determine timelines and schedules.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status during the fielding process via email or phone. Recommend strategies to maximize sample sizes while in the field.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and that panelists receive incentive payments promptly. Provide financial metrics to the finance team for billing and invoicing purposes.

Qualifications include a degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Research is preferred, particularly in Healthcare data collections.
