Virtual Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, well-established, and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to join our remote team.

This is a unique chance to work with a leading Business Process Outsourcing company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of its clients.

The ideal candidate will perform high-level administrative tasks and support senior-level managers. Responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing complex schedules
  • Performing planning, logistics, and operations work
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support
  • Coordinating individual and group travel
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Assisting with data entry, project completion, event/meeting planning, filing, mail handling, and correspondence
  • Organizing meetings and summits from start to finish
  • Phone call screening, correspondence, and document preparation, bill payment, record keeping
  • Completing errands as needed
  • Maintaining personal action items, to-do lists, and follow-up and follow-through on tasks
  • Being comfortable with Chief of Staff level duties and/or Project Management
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (BPO preferred)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Good judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
