Accounting Staff

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Staff to join our team at RCX Recruitment Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issuance of Invoices
  • Preparing checks and check vouchers
  • Expense Tracking
  • Inventory Management
  • Tax Compliance (Value Added Tax, Withholding Tax)
  • Government Reporting(including SSS, Pagibig etc)
  • Bank transactions, remittance
  • Handles PEZA & BIR compliance
  • Support accounting related especially in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
  • Prepare Monthly accounting Reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting or any related courses
  • More than 3-5 years experience in Accounting
  • Willing to work in Subic
  • Experience in accounting software is preferred
  • Good communication skills in English
