Accounting Specialist

- Validate reports, including inventory, sales, cash collections, and purchases
- Process payroll, including government remittances and vacation/sick leave monitoring
- Manage accounts payable and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Prepare government reports and perform bank reconciliations
- Review and analyze invoices and financial documents
- Collaborate with accounting officers to implement best practices and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business Management; CPA preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
