About the Role

We are seeking a talented Contact Center Operations Manager to lead our WFM and MIS functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive business growth and improvement through data analysis and strategic planning.

The successful candidate will oversee the design and maintenance of MIS systems and dashboards, ensuring accurate and real-time data for decision-making. They will also develop and produce regular and ad hoc reports for management, providing insights into workforce performance and resource utilization.

  • Lead the development of WFM and MIS processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data insights.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, IT, or a related field is required. At least 5 years of experience in WFM and MIS, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, is also necessary. Proven experience with WFM software and data analytics tools is a must.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
