Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Workflow Designer to join our team. As an Automation Workflow Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated workflows that streamline internal operations, eliminate manual tasks, and support scalable growth.

  • Design and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script.
  • Connect APIs, CRMs, eComm platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools to centralize and streamline business processes.
  • Troubleshoot broken workflows and improve system reliability and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and JSON.
  • The ability to map complex processes into clear logic flows.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

About the Role

This is a full-time remote position with a minimum of 4 hours overlap with PST hours.

  • Delivering and deploying at least 3 major automation flows per month.
  • Reducing manual hours in specific teams by 30%+ within the first 90 days.
  • Maintaining a workflow uptime of 95%+.
