Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tooling Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires deep expertise in collaboration and automation, engineering, and architectural design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project configurations including schemes, permissions, notifications, custom fields, and issue types.
  • Provide support for Confluence, offering best practices and guidance where necessary.
  • Implement high-impact automations across departments, leading to measurable improvements in turnaround time and process reliability.
  • Identify and deliver new automation initiatives in line with emerging business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, build, and refine automated workflows.
  • Gather and refine workflow requirements through direct user engagement.
  • Post-migration support and administration of cloud platforms.
  • Integrate user onboarding with identity management systems.
  • Plan, execute, and support complex migrations with workload assessments, strategy design, and post-migration optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience covering migration, design, and administration of Jira and Confluence services.
  • Proficiency in programming, with a demonstrated history of developing and maintaining custom solutions.
  • Good collaboration & communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including migrations, automation, security best practices and architectural design.
