Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management
    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of travel specialists to meet performance targets and service levels.
    • Conduct regular meetings, provide coaching, and identify training needs to improve skills and productivity.
    • Manage scheduling and workload distribution to ensure seamless, timely, and accurate operations.
  2. Operational Oversight
    • Oversee the planning and management of various aspects including travel profiles, bookings, expense claims, payment flows, global hotel programs, approvals, travel gaps, exceptions, Egencia, Global Travel Page, and travel policy compliance.
  3. Performance Monitoring
    • Track service performance through key performance indicators and metrics such as timeliness and accuracy.
    • Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
    • Manage ad hoc reporting and presentations as business needs arise.
  4. Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with internal departments to align on service goals and organizational objectives related to travel.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, travel partners, suppliers, and vendors.
