Job Description

The primary function of this role is to provide coaching and guidance to a team of assistants, ensuring they meet client standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, be able to develop and elevate team member performance, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Guiding team members through their tasks, conducting regular check-ins, and coaching sessions
  • Monitoring performance against company standards, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to address these opportunities
  • Providing effective communication across various channels and stakeholders

This role requires adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure while adjusting to changing priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience, preferably in a remote work environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, client services, or operations
  • Proficiency in learning new software platforms and implementing effective performance management strategies
