As a Facilities Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our Facilities Manager in managing the day-to-day operational aspects of properties. This includes ensuring safety standards are maintained, preparing financial reviews, and coordinating maintenance programs.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting the Facilities Manager in overseeing the safety of employees.
  • Ensuring a safe, working, and well-maintained workplace.
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure they meet TaskUs' standards.
  • Preparing monthly management reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Electronics and Communications Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • Three-year experience in Facilities and Building management.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • A++ verbal and written communication skills.
  • A ridiculously awesome attitude to blend well with the TaskUs culture.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to translate big picture ideas into client objectives.
