Senior UI Designer Job Description

  • Craft detailed documentation and straightforward guidelines to bridge designers and engineers.
  • Refine user interfaces to align flawlessly with our brand, bringing high standards of user experience to life.
  • Elevate our design game by pushing for continuous improvement to achieve the pinnacle of usability and visual appeal.
  • Capture and translate design into detailed technical specifications for smooth transition and understanding between design and development teams.
  • Grow our design system by expanding it to new design needs and challenges as they arise.
  • Clarify and communicate design intentions and workflows through wireframes, site maps, and user flows.
  • Create interactive experiences through prototyping to validate design concepts and refine user flows based on real feedback.
  • Scrutinize final products to guarantee they meet the highest standards of visual and functional excellence.

Skill Requirements:

  • A solid track record as a UI Designer with a great portfolio showing off your best UI design work.
  • Proficiency in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Expertise in design systems and ability to add your own touch and make them better.
  • Strong skills in motion animation and creating engaging moments for users.
