Effective Financial Operations Specialist

The position of Accounting and FinOps Specialist is available for an experienced professional to manage day-to-day financial operations. The successful candidate will oversee accounts communications, documentation, payable, receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts communications and documentations
- Process payable, receivable, and payroll transactions
- Perform reconciliations and manage ledger transactions
- Support payroll activities for clients and employees
- Oversee client operations, including purchase orders, inventory management, and invoicing
The ideal candidate will have experience with Australian accounting practices, particularly in payroll and operational roles, and possess solid analytical skills to support account managers and clients. They must be proficient in Employment Hero Payroll and Xero, and able to work in a deadline-oriented environment with multiple competing priorities.
Working Conditions:This is a full-time remote role, requiring the selected candidate to utilize their own equipment. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, and be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
