We are seeking an experienced Training Strategist to join our organization. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements training strategies to meet business needs.
  • Evaluates the business environment and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to identify business goals and performance gaps.
  • Assesses performance gaps to inform training strategies.
  • Identifies non-training solutions to address business needs/performance gaps, where appropriate.
  • Evaluates learner readiness to tailor planning of training solutions.
  • Translates business needs into training requirements.
  • Identifies/selects appropriate training methodologies and communicates to stakeholders.
  • Leverages all relevant training approaches to enhance learning outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Medical Allied Professional with at least 5 years of experience in training facilitation.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Flexible with scheduling: available for mid-shift hours across various regions.
  • Open to shifting schedules (days off: Saturday & Sunday).
