Implementation Consultant Job Description

We are looking for a talented Implementation Consultant to join our team at Turnitin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational technology and excellent communication skills.

About the Job

The Implementation Consultant will work closely with our Customer Engagement team to deliver technical implementation support to new and existing customers. This includes coordinating calls, monitoring product adoption, providing complex technical advice, and overseeing change management processes for the client.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage specific aspects of the customer relationship, including coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Project Coordination: Utilize project scheduling and control tools/systems to monitor project plans and internal/external stakeholder tasks.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Attend/lead virtual meetings, distribute communication to appropriate team members, and collaborate with internal teams for the benefit of the customer.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in educational technology or education.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
