We're seeking an experienced Technology Implementation Strategy Consultant to join our APAC Professional Service team at Wolters Kluwer.

You will be responsible for implementing our OneSumX Finance, Risk and Regulatory (FRR) solutions in the APAC Region, working with banking and financial services industry clients.

About the Position

As a Technology Implementation Strategy Consultant, you'll work closely with our Technology Implementation Consulting team, utilizing advanced technology skills to ensure successful solution integration for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and lead advanced system configuration projects.
  2. Oversee comprehensive data migration activities.
  3. Implement detailed software testing protocols.
  4. Deliver comprehensive client training and create user manuals.
  5. Maintain and enhance project documentation.
  6. Handle complex issue resolution and provide technical support.
  7. Collaborate with project teams on planning and scope definition.
  8. Offer consulting insights on technology optimization.
  9. Foster effective communication and collaboration with clients through workshops and training sessions.
  10. Ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Sophisticated configuration skills for advanced system setup.
  • Proficiency in managing complex data transfers during extensive data migration.
  • In-depth testing and quality assurance processes for systematic testing.
  • Competence in providing comprehensive training to clients.
  • Ability to produce detailed user guides for documentation and manuals.
  • Advanced problem-solving techniques for complex troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of project scope and objectives for project scoping.
  • Capacity to provide recommendations for improvement through consultative insights.
