About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Coordinator at Rudolf Lietz, Inc.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Duties
  1. To manage all communications with the Order Department regarding:
    1. Order preparation, including POs and ISRs.
    2. Payment and shipment follow-up, verification of documents, and order status.
    3. Filing and document management.
  2. Support the Department Head in overseeing sales activities, including office sales and client interactions.
  3. Liaise with other departments as per Manager's instructions.
  4. Courier and delivery dispatch responsibilities.
  5. Market research and reporting to optimize business opportunities.
  6. Carrying out sales visits and monitoring sales performance.
  7. Collaboration in government tenders under Department Head guidance.
  8. Supplying regular market updates to suppliers after coordination with the Department Head.
  9. Assuming GOP Stand-in duties when needed.
