- This position requires the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor department documentation, and serve as the central contact for all administrative concerns within the department.
- The successful candidate will also assist in coordinating team-wide projects, supporting the preparation of reports, and ensuring seamless documentation flow across teams.
Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field, as well as at least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Department Secretary.
