* Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
* Ensure timely and accurate payments and transactions
* Maintain and update spreadsheets, ledgers, and journals
* Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

* College graduate of any 4-year course
* Experience as office staff/administrative staff is an asset
* Proficient in using MS Office
* Familiarity with government-mandated requirements
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
