The Role

As a Teller, you will handle administrative, operations, marketing, and financial responsibilities by supporting the branch business. This role offers an opportunity for career growth, providing valuable corporate experience while learning from seasoned professionals in a highly competitive field.

As a member of the Branch Banking group, you will be at the forefront of delivering personalized and quality service to our clients. Your duties will include processing financial transactions for bank clients and promoting the bank's products and services, ensuring the efficiency of our branch operations.

How you will contribute
  • Processing financial transactions daily within the bank's service standards (deposits, withdrawals, encashments, payments, etc.)
  • Assessing customer needs and referring complaints to the Branch Manager for prompt resolution
  • Promoting the bank's products and services to generate leads
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree graduate
  • Ability to understand and analyze numerical information to make informed decisions
  • Ability to resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Polite and positive interactions with customers and team members
  • Proactive in seeking new ways to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
