Lead IT Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead IT Transformation Specialist to join our Technology Strategy and Transformation team in Southeast Asia.

This role will drive the growth of our TS&T business in the region, responsible for creating, selling, and delivering TS&T solutions. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, working closely with them to shape major IT transformation programs and identify business opportunities.

  • The selected individual will help clients solve their most critical information and technological challenges by providing oversight and directing project teams.
  • They will oversee and provide directions to project teams in undertaking IT assessments, examining alignment against key business priorities, and developing recommendations.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with mid- to senior-level stakeholders to provide status updates and progress reports on project deliverables.
  • They will lead the delivery of workshops with clients and provide subject matter expertise in addressing issues during key presentations.
  • The Lead IT Transformation Specialist will be a trusted advisor to the senior IT leadership team or business sponsor, leveraging their technical abilities to influence and shape key decisions.

Requirements:

  • A good honors degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
  • At least 15 years of experience working in IT implementation/IT consulting in the FSI industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading projects as a Project Manager.
  • Experience in both advisory and implementation areas, including IT strategy development, IT governance, IT operating model, enterprise architecture, and cloud implementation using AWS, GCP, Azure.
