Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Access Provision: Send eBook access to customers using designated digital platforms
  • Billing Processing: Process invoices to government entities after order shipment, adhering to specified formats
  • Payment Monitoring: Monitor payments through official websites and follow up with customers for unpaid invoices
  • Financial Record Keeping: Track expenses and income in financial software
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer emails and inquiries related to orders promptly
  • Data Management: Conduct data collection and maintain organized records
  • General Support: Provide assistance with other operational tasks as needed
