
Strategic Partner Manager

We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Growth Strategist to join our team. As an Affiliate Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and scaling affiliate partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- KOL and Affiliate Management:
- Identify and engage key influencers to expand our affiliate network, handle negotiations, onboarding, and all necessary paperwork for smooth integration, and maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build long-term relationships
- Affiliate Performance Analysis:
- Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations, develop and implement promotional campaigns focused on maximizing ROI, and build reports using internal data to track and optimize affiliate performance
- SEO/Backlink Strategy:
- Collaborate with external vendors to build backlinks and implement link-building strategies, track and maintain Tap's backlink profile to ensure healthy link structures, and research the crypto ecosystem and find new link opportunities using the latest search techniques and competitor backlink analysis
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with verifiable results (working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers)
- Proven ability to build and manage affiliate/influencer partnerships that drive ROI, strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking
- High-performing individual who can demonstrate proactivity, independence, and accountability in their work, preferably with experience in crypto, fintech, CFD, or trading
