Leading a Team of Testers

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT.
  • Prepare and maintain test environments.
  • Analyze and report test findings, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage defect reporting and resolution processes, ensuring efficient communication with development teams.

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of Software Testing experience, including leadership roles.
  • Experience in Software Testing for Web Applications, Mobile Applications, SAP systems (MM, SD, WM, FICO, ERP), Automation, or Performance Testing.
