Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with security service providers on behalf of management to ensure seamless information flow and policy implementation.
  • Review and assess security policies to ensure alignment with company guidelines, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Handle employee violations such as unauthorized access to facilities or receiving guests on behalf of corporate.
  • Conduct executive-level budget reviews related to security.
  • Represent management at meetings with security providers, facilitating daily turnover and operations discussions.
  • Manage crisis situations on-site, ensuring timely and effective decision-making.
  • Moderate conflicts between employees and security personnel, addressing reported issues promptly.
  • Conduct weapons safety checks on contracted guard forces and inspect infrastructure/equipment pertinent to security.
  • Develop and review Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) for various scenarios, advising executive-level management on security policy and needs.
  • Create and implement a corporate training program focused on security best practices.
  • Acknowledge and comply with company policies, rules, and procedures.

Requirements

  • A graduate degree from a reputable institution (preferable but not mandatory).
  • Relevant experience in the same field (preferable but not mandatory).
  • Highly organized individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights.
