The Corporate Security & Resilience Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization's employees, assets, and operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with expertise in security management, risk assessment, and business continuity planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive security strategies to mitigate threats and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead investigations into security breaches, ensuring prompt resolution and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Group Security & Resilience Team to align local security policies with organizational objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on security protocols, access control, surveillance, and other protective measures.
  • Manage security budgets, contracts, and procurement with fiscal responsibility.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Security Officer (CSO), or Certified Crisis Management & Business Continuity Professional (CCMBCP).
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate security, resilience, risk management, emergency response, and workplace safety is required.
  • Proven expertise in developing Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Crisis Management Plans (CMP), and Security Risk Assessments is essential.
