About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security & Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Netbank.

This is a Manager level position that reports directly to the Chief Information Officer, overseeing IT Security and Infrastructure related activities across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and handling IT security incidents, creating and maintaining IT security policies, conducting security assessments during application/vendor evaluation, and implementing IT security projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Manage and Handle IT Security Incidents.
  • Create and Maintain IT Security Policies.
  • Conduct IT Security Assessments during Application/Vendor Evaluation.
  • Maintain and Monitor Cybersecurity Awareness Training Compliance or any similar mandatory training related to IT Security.
  • Implement IT Security Projects that will help the bank's compliance with the latest threats and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and Manage IT Security Tools (Endpoint Security, IT Asset Management Tool, etc.)
  • Point of Contact for Audit on IT Security related matters.
  • Manage Netbank's Security Operations Center (SOC).
  • Process and Service IT Security related requests.
  • Supervise IT Security & Infrastructure Engineers on all delegated IT Security tasks.
Infrastructure Responsibilities
  • Manage and Maintain On-Premise Infrastructure (Network Equipments, Servers, etc.)
  • Manage and Maintain Cloud Infrastructure
  • Provisioning of Cloud Infrastructure
  • Maintenance of Cloud Infrastructure
  • Maintain Cloud Security Infrastructure
  • Other related activities by Cloud Engineer and Cloud Security Engineer/Architect
  • Point of Contact for Audit on IT Infrastructure related matters
