Work Overview

As a US Healthcare Recruiter at Sysgen, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to utilize your recruitment skills and experience to source and hire top talent for our clients.

About This Opportunity

This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verify their qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements.
  • Communicate with hiring managers on the status of their requirements and provide them with regular updates.
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates who meet the required criteria.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience in US Recruitment for A YEAR is REQUIRED.
  • Experience in hiring various Healthcare professionals (Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Neurologist, Clinical Dietician, Epidemiology Specialist, Dentist, and alike) in the US region is a plus.
  • Well-versed in using Boolean Strings Methodology.
  • Has experience verifying US Visa/Employment Status of a US candidate.
  • Has used ATS such as Greenhouse, JazzHR, BambooHR, and alike.
  • Has used Job Boards such as CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and alike.
