We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to lead our client relationships and drive successful service delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong, long-lasting connections with clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers. Your primary goal will be to understand client needs and objectives to ensure timely and successful delivery of tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to ensure timely and successful delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Upsell relevant products and services to existing clients to enhance business value.
  • Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Forecast key account metrics and maintain accurate reporting on account status.
  • Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on account performance and health.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to uncover and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Proactively manage client requests, concerns, and escalations, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Drive client and staff retention strategies to foster organic growth and long-term partnerships.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role is required.
    • A strong background in project management is essential; experience in recruitment is a plus.
    • The ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously is crucial.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and data reporting platforms is expected.
