Job Opportunity: Influencer Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our influencer marketing operations.

This part-time remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with influencers, maintaining communication through email and social media, and supporting campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with influencers to ensure engagement and collaboration.
  • Monitor communications, deliverables, and campaign progress to optimize results.
  • Support scheduling calls between influencers and the agency team to foster seamless communication.
  • Assist in organizing outreach lists, reporting, and other marketing tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, influencer management, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with confidence in email communication and short calls.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
