Documentation and Records Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation and Records Administrator to join our team at Workrei Manpower Services.
About the RoleThis is a critical support role that involves managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and filing systems. As a Documentation and Records Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless documentation processes, which are essential to our business operations.
Responsibilities:- Transcribe, record, and manage various documents, including contracts, agreements, and other business-related materials.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers and fax machines, to support document management.
- Communicate effectively with clients and employees to provide excellent customer service and resolve any queries or issues related to documentation.
- Capture, organize, assess, and categorize documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan and paid time off.
Work Environment:This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with occasional evening or weekend work as required. You will be based in our downtown office, surrounded by a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.
