Job Overview

As a Paid Ads Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our digital advertising strategy.

Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can develop compelling ad scripts, visuals, and offers.

They must also possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing paid ads across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and be knowledgeable in AI-driven tools for creative production and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns across Google, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Continuously test, track, and tweak campaigns to maximize ROI and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners to document current strategies and transition management in-house.
  • Create new ad concepts, scripts, and strategies tailored to different platforms.
  • Use AI tools for scripts, voiceovers, and video editing to maximize the impact of ad creative.
  • Develop educational and offer-based ad campaigns to attract and engage homeowners.
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver clear reports on results and improvements.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities.
