As a sales professional with CLK Supertools Depot Inc., you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and market expansion for our outdoor power equipment products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Strategic Sales and Business Development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and identify new business opportunities.
  • B build relationships with key customers, including landscaping companies, facility maintenance providers, and dealers, to secure high-value contracts and drive sales growth.
  • Lead market penetration efforts in underserved regions and niche markets to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Product and Technical Expertise
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of outdoor tools, including grass trimmers, lawnmowers, chainsaws, and leaf blowers, highlighting their features, applications, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct advanced product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and dealer networks to showcase product capabilities and promote sales.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies, safety features, and sustainable practices in outdoor equipment to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
Customer Relationship Management and Leadership
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional customer service and support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, providing prompt resolution and ensuring customer loyalty.
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff by sharing expertise, providing training, and guiding them in achieving their sales goals.
Market Analysis and Innovation
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the outdoor power equipment industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and refine offerings that meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Propose innovative solutions tailored to customer requirements, focusing on energy-efficient and eco-friendly outdoor tools to stay ahead of the competition.
Operational and Administrative Excellence
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting, contract management, and proper follow-up for all key accounts to maintain strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries to meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue targets and achieve business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in outdoor or landscaping equipment, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior sales role.
