About the role

Swoogaw Power Equipment and Machinery Inc' is seeking a dedicated Sale Representative/Agent to join our vibrant team in Malate, Manila City. As a Sale Representative/Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in our Malate office, with opportunities for career development and advancement within the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products from our extensive range of power equipment and machinery
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new product launches and industry trends
  • Contribute to sales targets and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up with customers to build long-term relationships

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the power equipment (generator) or machinery industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and clients at all levels
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide accurate and informative advice to customers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a passion for driving business growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
