We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to support our organization with exceptional skills, strong interpersonal relationships, and self-motivation. This is an opportunity to improve processes within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support full accounts payable cycle including invoice and payment processing, GL coding, vendor maintenance, and record-keeping.
  • Build relationships across departments by resolving billing and payment issues in a timely manner.
  • Process corporate credit cards according to internal policies and controls.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and prepare reports as requested by senior management.
  • Review and audit credit card statements to ensure accuracy and correctness.
  • Improve accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions by suggesting changes and improvements.
  • Coordinate sales commissions between business units.
  • Support ad hoc projects and analysis, focusing on marketing research, competitive intelligence, and other requests.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, marketing research, and email marketing.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (desired).
  • At least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks experience required.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, work independently, and organize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite of Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
  • Must be trustworthy and maintain confidential information.
  • Experience in direct sales, e-commerce, and/or digital marketing/ad agencies (preferred but not required).
