  • Preparing, verifying, and processing invoices for sales or services rendered, adhering to the company's policies and procedures.
  • Collecting on accounts by sending invoice reminders and communicating with customers via phone, email, fax, or mail, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  • Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted, minimizing any potential losses.
  • Reconciling all bank statements to verify that all transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date, identifying any discrepancies and resolving them promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial principles and concepts.
  • Required language(s): English, both written and oral, enabling clear communication with colleagues and clients.
  • At least one (1) year experience in the related field, preferably in accounting or finance, showcasing expertise and skills.
  • Experience in performing accounting and financial activities, including financial statement preparation and audit background, enhancing analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of business finance and accounting principles and methods, allowing for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Working experience in advanced accounting and business software applications, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, facilitating efficient document creation and presentation.
