Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic ESL teachers to join our team. As an ESL teacher at Start ABC, you will be responsible for teaching English to our students through audio and video classes using VOOV and ClassIn tools. If you have excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for teaching, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• Excellent English language skills
• A TEFL/TESOL certificate or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Strong and stable internet connection
• Desktop/laptop and headset for online classes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
As an ESL teacher at Start ABC, you can expect to receive:
• Competitive hourly rate starting at $2.17 (₱100) for zero experience and up to $5.40 (₱300) for advanced teachers with 2+ years of experience

Work Schedule:
Our ideal candidate will be available to teach from Monday to Friday, 6 PM – 10 PM (required). Additional hours may be available on weekends (8 AM – 11 PM) on a voluntary basis.
