System Developers are essential for the success of any organization. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Lead Systems Developer.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business requirements. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in web development, preferably with Python and Flask, as well as strong knowledge of database technologies, SQL, ORM, and related technologies.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and able to coordinate with stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports.

In this role, you will work closely with other teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions on time. You will be responsible for ensuring codes meet technical specifications and are delivered on schedule.

Job Requirements

  • A college graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • At least eight (8) years of relevant work experience as a Lead Systems Developer
  • Extensive experience in web development, preferably with Python and Flask
  • Strong knowledge of database technologies, SQL, ORM, and related technologies
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems and development on Linux
  • Git workflow experience is an advantage
  • Experience on ICT projects in justice agencies

Languages

  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Tagalog

Terms & Conditions

The engagement will be a deliverables-based contract, part-time from September 2025 to February 2026.
