Key Responsibilities

  • Craft Visually Engaging Storytelling Design marketing materials, social media assets, and web graphics that reflect our mission of transforming plant-based molecules into life-changing therapeutics.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally Collaborate closely with communications, scientific, and product teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals resonating with diverse audiences.
  • Elevate through Design Fundamentals Apply expert-level typography, layout, and color theory to deliver cohesive, accessible, and visually engaging materials across channels.
  • Contribute to Visual Concept Development Ideate and execute creative concepts communicating our brand narrative, supporting campaign goals, and engaging stakeholders.
  • Deliver Excellence and Agility Prioritize projects, manage competing timelines, and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Requirements

  • Educational Background A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience and a standout portfolio.
  • Portfolio that Speaks Volumes A robust body of work demonstrating strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail across multiple formats and media.
  • Creative Software Fluency Advanced skills in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and working familiarity with platforms such as Figma, Canva, or After Effects.
  • Collaborative Communication Strong interpersonal and verbal skills—comfortable presenting ideas, receiving feedback, and iterating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Organized and Deadline-Driven Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent deliverables without compromising quality or creativity.
