Role Summary

HelloConnect is looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation, as well as maintaining compliance with company policies and legislation.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with a strong understanding of employment standards and legislation. They will also be proficient in Excel and ADP Workforce Now or Workday.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely employee compensation.
  • Support the distribution centres with employee timesheet reporting.
  • Update payroll records and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports and records.
